These terms cover the Resumefill browser extension and resumefill.com, operated from Rewari, Haryana, India. Using either means you accept them.
A tool that reads a job posting you are looking at, drafts answers to application questions using your own resume, and rewrites your resume to lead with the experience a role asks for. It is a drafting aid. You remain the applicant and the author.
Answers and resumes are generated by a language model and can be wrong, bland or subtly off. Read everything before you submit it. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer, including text this tool drafted. Submitting inaccurate claims about your experience is your risk, not ours.
Generation uses a Google Gemini API key that you supply. You are responsible for that key, for any usage charges Google applies to it, and for complying with Google's terms. Keep it to yourself.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any job board or careers site you use this on. Some platforms restrict automated interaction. Resumefill fills fields you can see, on pages you have opened, when you press a button, but the obligation to respect a site's terms is yours.
This is beta software provided free and as-is. It may break, change, or be withdrawn. Sites change their markup constantly and scanning or filling will sometimes fail.
To the extent permitted by law, Resumefill is not liable for lost opportunities, rejected applications, API charges, or any indirect loss arising from use of the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Rewari, Haryana having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum you may approach where you live.
